User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses online services.
How we process your data

Pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR), we hereby inform you that

The Controller processes the following personal data of Users: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, city, User preferences, location, area of interest, data processed within the Google Analytics service: unique advertising identifier of the User, location, device identifier, date and time of use of the website, demographic data: country, city, language, gender, age, operating system type and version.
The Controller processes Users’ personal data for the following purposes:

establishing email and/or telephone contact with the User. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., the Controller’s legitimate interest.

providing services selected by the User. The legal basis for personal data processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract. If data is collected for purposes related to the performance of a specific contract, the Controller provides the data subject with detailed information regarding the processing of their personal data at the time of concluding the contract or at the time the personal data is collected;

analyzing traffic on the mbrecycling.pl website using Google Analytics, based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., the User’s consent.
Advertising. The basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, meaning the data subject has consented to the processing of their personal data.

Direct marketing – offering own services. The legal basis for data processing will be Article 6(1)(a), meaning the data subject’s consent. If you consent to receiving marketing communications to your email address, telephone, or text message, the legal basis will also be Article 10 of the Act of 19 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means and Article 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Recording telephone conversations conducted by the Customer Service Hotline (Customer Service Office). The legal basis for processing will be Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. a, i.e., the consent of the data subject,
pursuing the legitimate interest of the controller in pursuing and defending against claims, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, we inform you that Users using our services have the right to:

– request access to their personal data
– rectify it
– erase it
– restrict its processing
– object to its processing
– transfer it

– withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if processing is based on consent) based on consent before its withdrawal.

The person whose personal data is being processed has the right to lodge a complaint regarding data processing with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

How long will we store your data?

We inform you that Users’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes listed above:

a) for the provision of services – for the period necessary to provide the services and after that period, based on applicable law (maximum 6 years);
b) for email contact – until an objection is raised, but no longer than 3 years;
c) for statistics and advertising – until consent is withdrawn;
d) for direct marketing – until consent is withdrawn;
e) for call recording – until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 1 year;

f) for the exercise and defense of claims – until their expiration, but no longer than 2 years.
Data Recipients

The Controller may transfer data to entities providing services to the Controller (hosting provider, accounting firm, marketing agency, website maintenance company, call recording tool provider).

The recipient of data collected via Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, with whom we have entered into a data processing agreement. Due to the possible transfer of data outside the EEA, Google uses standard contractual clauses, and Google has also joined the “EU-US Data Protection Framework.”
